The breakfast offerings were thoughtfully curated, featuring a good dried fruit salad with oat flakes and an enriching sprinkle of dark chocolate, setting a refreshing tone for the day. What stood out was the selection of honey, sourced from the hotel's own production, served alongside fresh fruit. This combination was not just pleasing to the palate, but also a wonderful showcase of local flavors that resonated with my appreciation for history and authenticity. The restaurant's ambiance fostered a warm connection among guests, reflecting the hotel's familial roots. My wife, a vegetarian, and I found that we were both well-catered for, a testament to the diversity of the culinary offerings. Each bite echoed the hard work and care put into every dish.
